Step 1: Complimentary Consultation

- A walkthrough of the house will be conducted to determine if there is a sufficient quantity of items to hold an estate sale.

-This stage is aimed at ensuring you are informed about all the options available that cater to your individual requirements.

Step 2: Preparation of Estate

SET-UP,  STAGING , & PRICING

The Estate Sale process typically spans two weeks.

Estate Sales are generally 2-3 days.

-A week before the sale begins, my team and I arrive to organize, price, and arrange all items for display. We conduct research on high-value and rare items to ensure they are priced appropriately according to current market trends. Items of significant value will be securely displayed in cases and kept close to the cashier to ensure their safety.

-We provide tables, popup tents, bags, clothes racks, display cases and other necessities necessary for the sale. 

-During this period, we also undertake advertising and marketing efforts to maximize exposure and attract a larger clientele.

-We have an extensive network of specialized appraisers and consultants available as required, with no extra charge to our clients.

-Pricing: We also cater to reserves and minimum prices for specific items that the family may request.

-Payment: At the conclusion of each sale date, I conduct a cash-out session with my client to ensure transparency in the distribution of funds and to confirm that no money is being retained. We exclusively accept payment in cash, Venmo, or Zelle from customers participating in the sale.

Step 3: Opening Day

-Doors open to the public. 

-During the sale, we offer on-site security to guarantee a safe and well-organized event. They manage crowd control and verify receipts to maintain order.

Step 4: After the Sale

-Following the conclusion of your estate sale, we offer and coordinate a comprehensive donation service to assist you in the transition to your next phase. Donation pickup is complimentary. 

-Donation receipts will be provided at the clients request. 

-With our meticulous attention to detail, we strive to leave your home in pristine condition, ready for its next chapter, while also contributing to worthy causes within the community. Let us handle the post-sale clean-up, so you can focus on the future with peace of mind.
