Step 1: Complimentary Consultation
-A walkthrough of the house will be performed to assess if an estate sale is the right choice.
-This step is to ensure you are knowledgeable of all options that fit your specific needs.
Step 2: Preparation of Estate
-One week prior to the opening day(s) of the sale, my team and I come in and organize, price, and stage all goods for sale. Research is also done with products that are of higher value and rarity to ensure products are priced at fair market value. Products of higher value will be kept in cases and by cashier to ensure product safety.
-We supply tables, popup tents, bags, clothes racks, display cases and other necessities necessary for the sale.
-Advertising and marketing of the sale are also done during this time to ensure more expose to attract more clientele.
Step 3: Opening Day
-Doors open to the public.
Step 4: After the Sale
-Any remaining goods of the home are disposed of as outlined in the contract.
