Step 1: Complimentary Consultation
-This step is to ensure you are knowledgeable of all options that fit your specific needs.
Step 2: Preparation of Estate
-Prior to opening day(s) of the sale, I come in and organize, clean and price all goods for sale. Research is also done with products that are of higher value and rarity to ensure products are priced at fair market value. Products of higher value will be kept in cases and by cashier to ensure product safety.
-I supply tables, popup tents, bags, clothes racks and other neccessaties necessary for the sale.
-Advertising and marketing of the sale are also done during this time to ensure customers are aware of the sale to attract more clientele.
Step 3: Opening Day
-Signs are put out around major cross streets to direct people to your sale.
-Doors open to the public.
Step 4: After the Sale
-Any remaining goods of the home are disposed of as outlined in the contract.
